Carrying Capacity

Using the system we saw on the ill coded SM Carry pdf. I have created the following guidelines for carrying equipment, weapons, and ammunition in our Deathwatch campaign.

Standard Astartes Power Armour has 12 carrypoints. Six in the backpack, 4 on the upper body and 2 on the lower body. Also each marine may carry a primary weapon and 2 sidearms (pistols and/or basic weapons). An additional primary weapon may be taken but it must be held; this means a marine has to put it down to draw another weapon. A mag-lock could also work but only one additional primary weapon can ever be taken.

Single carrypoint can carry one of the following:
1 clip of ammunition for basic or pistol type weapon in quick-release
1 missile in quick-release
2 hand grenades in quick-release
OR
Single carrypoint can be fitted with general purpose bag which can carry one of the following:
2 clips of ammunition for basic type weapon
3 clips of ammunition for basic type weapon
3 missiles
4 hand grenades
Note: Items in general purpose pack can never be retrieved by using Quickdraw or Rapid Reload
